We aim to dispatch all small orders within 5-7 working days from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. We will notify you by email if there is any change to this. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please note orders received on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday excluding bank holidays.
Large items such as furniture or large accessories are typically delivered within 5-14 working days to mainland UK locations. Please allow up to 16 working days for your delivery.
All costs have been calculated in the most cost effective way. Delivery costs are based on the size, weight and packaging type of the parcel being dispatched, this amount applies to UK mainland only.
Our standard delivery charges start from just £4.95 for a small package to £9.95 for a medium parcel.
This excludes extra large items which may incur the higher delivery charge. Delivery costs are applied per order.
We do deliver goods outside of mainland UK but please email via the contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order with us otherwise additional charges will be charged.
All of our furniture items are delivered by courier. Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail/Hermes or similar.
If you are unavailable when your order is delivered, delivery will usually be attempted again or a calling card will be left to rearrange delivery or collection.
Once an order has left us, it is the customers responsibility to track their parcel and contact us within 48 hours if you have not received your item when delivery status is showing as delivered.
All damage must be reported within 24 hours with full imagery of damage and packaging.
Items will be delivered to the address details provided by you at the checkout so please ensure that these details are correct and that all the required information is completed.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason for withdrawing any product from delivery.
As you may already be aware there are several changes to the way we now ship items from the UK to the EU including Ireland.
This now means we have to send electronic customs documents in regards to your order documenting its contents and retail value with this it means your order maybe subject to import charges, unfortunately this is out of our control and we have no say in if a charge is requested or not.
Any charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and we accept no liability. If goods are returned due to a non payment of custom charges a refund will be based on the resalable condition of the products and costs that may have been lost to return.
If you do purchase from outside the UK, please check your email folder including your junk folder as notifications from customs maybe emailed in to these folders.
Please note all shipping outside of the UK is sent via an Economy shipping service to keep costs as low as possible due to the inflation of shipping charges outside of the UK. If you place an order using a UK postal charge an invoice for the difference will be forwarded to complete your order.
